Welcome to Alchemical Romance, the online haven for bespoke gifts, delicious recipes, and words of whimsy from your friendly neighbourhood witch.

Over twenty years ago I officially came out of the broom closet and declared myself a witch. It wasn't so much a bold, public announcement heralded by gilded trumpets and triumphant fanfare as it was a moody teenager locking herself away in her bedroom to the soundtrack of Evanescence and Clannad, rapidly morphing into a much more awkward amalgamation of Wednesday Addams and Lydia Deetz, but I knew that this wasn't "just a phase".

Despite the many rolling eyes and snide comments, I stuck with it heart and soul, and now I find myself taking the next step onto the path of Druidry as I begin my Bardic Grade training. (I am sure you'll be able to find out much more about this as I add to The Blog.)

With this, I have also taken it upon myself to share the magic as far and as wide as possible, which led to the creation of Alchemical Romance. Within these pages you'll find my own original pieces, as well as credits and recommendations for other independent sellers and creatives. And if The Blog doesn't interest you, there's always The Recipe page which will contain no prolonged monologues about the time I visited my great aunt thrice removed in a remote village in Tibet, and the local Yeti gifted us with a delicious bowl of barley porridge with curdled yak's milk and a kyuru-ra compôte, I promise.

And so, without further ado, may I present to you Alchemical Romance, the place where everything is made with magic and given with love.
